Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

Once your order has been shipped, your tracking information will be sent to you via email.
Depending on your delivery location, UPS Global typically delivers within 3–5 business days.
Please note that the shipping process is entirely under the responsibility of the shipping company.
We recommend using the tracking number provided to follow the status of your delivery.

Important Notice During Delivery:

When receiving your package, if you suspect it may have been damaged during shipping, please open and inspect the package in front of the courier.
If you notice any damage to the product, do not accept the delivery, and request the courier to prepare an official report.

Once the package is accepted, it is considered that the courier has fulfilled their delivery responsibilities.
